Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you sign up for or use ReviewFlow. By creating an account, you agree to them. If something here doesn't sit right, email info@reviewflowhq.org before signing up — we'd rather sort it out than have a bad surprise later.
1. The service
ReviewFlow automates the client cycle for service businesses: booking confirmations and reminders, Google review requests, private feedback, a client history, and — on the Complete plan — a self-service booking page for your clients.
2. Plans and pricing
We currently offer two plans: Reviews and Complete. Prices shown at signup are early-adopter rates: once you're on a plan, your price doesn't increase even if we raise rates for new customers later. If you upgrade or downgrade plans, the new plan's current rate applies from that point on.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. One account per business. Let us know immediately at info@reviewflowhq.org if you think your account's been compromised.
4. Cancellation
You can stop using ReviewFlow and close your account at any time by contacting us — no long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ReviewFlow to send content that's illegal, abusive, or that your clients haven't agreed to receive
- Upload content through custom fields that you don't have the right to share
- Attempt to bypass, probe, or disrupt the security of the service
- Use the service in a way that violates Google's review policies, or any law that applies to how you contact your own clients (e.g. consent requirements for marketing emails or texts in your jurisdiction)
We may suspend or close accounts that violate this.
6. Your data, your clients
You own the data you and your clients put into ReviewFlow. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to collect and share your clients' information with us in the first place.
7. Our software
ReviewFlow — the software, design, and branding — belongs to us. Using the service doesn't give you any ownership over it.
8. No guarantees
ReviewFlow is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes (like a certain number of reviews or bookings), and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Meaningful changes will be communicated to account owners by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where ReviewFlow is operated from.
